烘乾縮力完美的追求
東陽(yáng)精機(jī)以30年來(lái)一貫秉持的原則－效率，品質(zhì)與著重手感，體驗(yàn)客戶及市場(chǎng)的需求，透過(guò)與日本技術(shù)合作，而逐步發(fā)展並改良出「無(wú)張力烘乾機(jī)」。無(wú)張力烘乾機(jī)可使得在烘乾過(guò)程中的布匹經(jīng)由強(qiáng)力熱風(fēng)的吹拉，產(chǎn)生搓揉作用，並藉由獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì)的輸送網(wǎng)帶變頻獨(dú)立速度控制系統(tǒng)，使每一層網(wǎng)上的布匹，收縮及鬆和均達(dá)到最大效果，進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生鬆弛搓揉的手感。此外，無(wú)張力烘乾機(jī)亦適用於各種平織布、開(kāi)幅或圓筒針織布，例如化纖、混紡、純棉、毛等的收縮乾燥、樹(shù)脂加工，整理乾燥及熱加工處理。

By means of the technical cooperation with Japanese company, we gradually develop and improve the No-Tension Dryer. No-Tension Dryer can make the fabric, during the drying process, form the rubbing function by the blowing and pulling with powerfully hot air; it cab also create the great shrinking and relaxing effects as well as the relaxing and rubbing hand-feelings for the fabric on each belt, by way of the converter individual speed control system of the specially designed conveyor belt. Moreover, the nointension stenter is suitable to shrinking dry, resin finishing, dry and heating processing of the various weaving clothes, wide-opened or tubular knitting clothes, such as chemical fiber, blend fabric, pure cotton, woolen cloth and etc. |
