■ 主要技術(shù)特征
● 高速度、大卷裝、交流電機(jī)直接拖動(dòng)經(jīng)軸，并由PLC控制、變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)調(diào)速，恒線速卷繞。
● 采用光柵編碼器與電腦組成的對(duì)經(jīng)軸直接計(jì)長(zhǎng)的先進(jìn)計(jì)長(zhǎng)與測(cè)速系統(tǒng)，消除了間接計(jì)長(zhǎng)的誤差，同時(shí)采用另一只光柵編碼器和導(dǎo)紗輥進(jìn)行跟蹤計(jì)長(zhǎng)，保證準(zhǔn)確。
● 由先進(jìn)的電腦系統(tǒng)與觸摸屏的智能終端組成的操作界面，可設(shè)定和顯示各種工藝性能參數(shù)，有故障檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)檢測(cè)故障。
● 經(jīng)軸、壓輥、測(cè)速輥三輥同步高效制動(dòng)，壓輥設(shè)有阻尼加壓和瞬間回彈裝置，以避免對(duì)紗線的磨損。
● 經(jīng)軸拍合、采用電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，機(jī)械夾緊，定心準(zhǔn)確安全。
● 高速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)體經(jīng)過了動(dòng)平衡，在紗線強(qiáng)度允許情況下，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
● 導(dǎo)紗輥采用鋁合金管精加工，內(nèi)填吸震劑，經(jīng)過動(dòng)平衡和表面陽極氧化處理，保證導(dǎo)紗輥耐磨和高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

    Main Technical Parameters
    1.High speed, great package, AC motor directly drives warp beam, controlled speed is steplessly adjusted by inverter, winding at a constant linear speed.
    2.The advanced counting and speed measuring system consisted of grating coder and computer, eliminate indirect counting error. Meanwhile another grating coder and the guide roller trace the counting to ensure the accuracy.
    3.The operating interface consisted of advanced computer terminal and touching screen, can set and display all Kinds of technological parameters, which are detected by the trouble detecting system.

  4.Warp beam, press roller and measuring roller are synchronously braked effectively press roller presses beam in damping type and rebounds instantly, avoiding yarn wearing.
    5.Warp beam is mounted by motor, mechanically clamped, positioned accurately.Warp beam is dynamically balanced, can run at as high speed as the yarn tension allows.
    6.The guide roller is made of aluminum alloy, inside which vibration absorbing agent is filled, dynamically balanced and done treatment of anode, ensuring wear-lasting and high speed rotation.
    7.Warp beam is braked on the both sides with clamping type brakes.
