本公司是生產白線針輪減速機歷史最悠久的企業(yè)之一。
  “星浪牌”白線針輪減速機是采用K-H-V少齒差行星式傳動原理及擺線針齒合的新穎傳動機構。廣泛應用于各種傳動機械中的減速機構,如:化纖機械、紡織印染、輕工視頻、冶金礦山、石油化工、起重運輸、制藥機械、電子通信及工程機械等領域中的驅動和減速裝置。

結構原理
  行星擺線針輪減速機全部傳動裝置可分為三部分:輸入部分、減速部分、輸出部分。
  在輸入軸上裝有一個錯位180°的雙偏心套,在偏心套上裝有兩個陳偉轉臂的滾柱軸承,形成H機構。兩個擺線輪的中心孔即為偏心套上轉臂軸承的滾道,并由擺線輪與針齒輪上一組環(huán)形排列的針齒相嚙合,以組成齒差為一齒的內嚙合減速機構,(為了減小摩擦,在速比小的減速機中,針齒帶有針齒套)。
  當輸入軸帶著偏心套轉動時,由于擺線輪上吃廓曲線的特點及其受針齒輪上針齒限制之故,擺線輪的運動成為既有公轉又有自轉的平面運動,在輸入軸正轉一周時,偏心

套亦轉動一周,擺線輪于相反方向上轉過一個齒從而得到減速,在借助W輸出機構,將擺線輪的低速自轉運動通過銷軸,傳遞給輸出軸,從而獲得較低的輸出轉速。

ice can be divided into three parts,i.e.input part,speed reducing part and output part.
  Double-eccentricity sheath with 180° dislocation is cquipped at output shaft. Two roller bearings called tuming arm are equipped at the eccentricity sheath. It forms Hmechanism. The central holes at two cyeloidal pinwheels are just the ball race of tuming arm roller bearings of eccentricity sheath. Meanwhile it is joggled with a ser of ring pin-teeth at cycloidal pinwheel and pin gear. In this way the inner jogg;ed mechanism with I different of teech is formed(In order to reduce friction, in speed reducer with small speed ratio the pin teeth is equipped with pin teeth sheath).
  When input shaft brings eccentricity sheath to circumritate a cirele, because of the feature of up teetj contour curve of
cycloidal pinwheel as well as limited by up pin teeth of cuc-loidal pinwheel .the motion of cycloidal pinwheel is plane motion with revolution and rotation. When input shaft circumrotates a ciele clockwise. The eccemtricity shaft circu,rotates a cicle elockwise, the eccentricity sheath circu,rotates a circle clockwise too. The cycloidal pinwheel will circumrotate a tooth counterclockwise. In this way the speed reducing can be reacher. Relying on W output mechanism. The low speed rotation of cycloidal pinwheel will transfer to output shaft through pin shatf. In this way the low output revolution can be reached.

選擇型號說明
  (一)選擇機號,請先確定一下三項參數

此,當用變速電動機或變速裝置驅動時,應特別注意機號的選擇,首先應先決定工作條件是“恒功率”還是“恒扭矩”,如果是恒功 率,按最低轉速選取機號,如果是恒扭矩,按最高轉速選取機號。

tion is”constant power” or”constant torque”. If it is constant power. Choose the number of machine in nccordance with the lowest  revolution and if it is constant torque, choose the number of machine in accordance with the highest revolution.

使用
  1.本減速機適用于24小時連續(xù)工作制,并允許正反向運轉
  2.單級減速機的出書軸

轉向與輸入軸轉向相反,雙級減速機的輸出軸轉向與輸入軸轉向相同。
  3.本減速機無自鎖坐擁。
  4.本減速機的輸出軸不能承受軸向力。
  5.在可能出現過載現象的適用場合,應安裝過載保護裝置。
  6.腳板式臥裝擺線針輪減速機要安裝在沒有振動、十分堅固的水平基礎上,在必須進行傾斜安裝的適用場合,減速機軸心線的傾斜度不得大于±15°
  7.法蘭式立裝擺線針輪減速機在安裝時,輸出軸垂直向下。
  8.如需要采用除腳板式臥裝和法蘭式立裝以外的其它特殊安裝形式,必須采取相應的潤滑和密封措施來保證減速機潤滑充足和防止漏油,請與我廠技術部門聯系。
  9.采用油脂潤滑的擺線針輪減速機安裝角度自由。
  10.減速機安裝時,可用墊塊進行調整,墊塊在高度方向不超過三塊,也可用楔鐵進行調整,但減速機校準后必須換入平墊塊。
  11.自愛沖擊、振動較大或氣動頻繁的使用場合,機座與基礎除用底腳螺栓進行聯接之外,還需要定位銷(自備)進行加固。
  12.標準型擺線針輪減速機的輸入軸和輸出軸的軸伸端形式為圓柱形,采用普通平鍵聯接。軸徑尺寸公差根據GB1801-79《公差與配合》的規(guī)定。普通平鍵尺寸按GB1096-79《普通平鍵 型式尺寸》的規(guī)定,連接法蘭止口按GB1801-79的(h9)配合。
  13.當采用聯軸器把擺線針輪減速機與相配套的機械聯接時,推薦用彈性聯軸器。
  14.減速機與相配套機械用聯軸器聯接時,兩者軸心線的同心度不得超過聯軸器縮允許的范圍。
  15.當擺線針輪減速機與齒輪、鏈輪相聯接時,必須保證兩者軸心線的平行度。
  16.當使用鏈輪來進行傳動時,不要把齒鏈放得過松,否則在氣動時會產生沖擊力。
  17.在把聯軸器、齒輪、鏈輪等聯接件聯接擺線。
  18.安裝后的減速機,正式使用前必須進行試運轉。在空載運轉正常的情況下,在逐漸加載運轉。


  Application
  1.The s

  6.The pedal horizontal cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer should be installed the place where has no vibration and firm and level foundation. If it must be installed at the place where is incline, the incline extent of axial line should not be more than±15#.
  7.When install flange vertical cycloidal pinwheel sp
eed recucer. Its output shaft must be vaertical downwards.
  8.If need other installing way except pedal horiontal or flange vertical. It must adapt lubricaitng and seal measures in order to guarantee that the lubrication of cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer is enough and prevent from oil leakage .Please contact with technical department of our factory.
  9.The installing angle forcycloidal pinwheel speed re-ducer that adapts grease to lubricate is free.
  10.When installation of seed redicer, it may adjust through filling block. The quantity of filling block at the di-rection of height should not be more than 3 pieces.It must be re-placed with flat filling block.
  11.In the fields where has bigger vibration or frequency starting. Besides the base and foundation should be fixed with anchor bol
ts. Italso be strengthen with pin(self-ready).
  12.The form of shaft stretching end of input shaft and output shaft of standard cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer is cylinder. It is connected with ordinary flat key. The size tol-erance of shaft radial is in  conformity with the regulations of GB1801-79:《Tolerance and matching》.For ordinary flat key size. GB1096-79:《Ordinary flat key form size》. For inter-face of flange. GB1801-79.(h9). Matching.
  13.when use coupling to connect cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer and complete machinery, it is reconmentded to use elastie coupling.
  14.When cycloidal pinwheel speed reducer is connected to it conmplete machinery. The concentricity of both axial cen-tral line should not be over that of the permitted range of coupling
  15.When cycloidal pinwheel sp
eed reducer is connected to gear and chain wheel. It must guarantee the parallelism of both axial central lines.
  16.When use chainwheel to connection . don’t let gear tooloosing. Otherwose ot can lead impacting foree when strat.
  17.When the connecting parts suchas coupling. Gear. Chainwheel is connected to the output shaft of cycloidal pin-wheel speed reducer, it is prohibited to thump it directly. It should serew bplt through the screw hole at stretching end, then press it through pressing plate.
  18.After in stallation. Before fomal operation. It must be dcbugged in idle. When ot os nprmal under idle operation. Then operate in load graducally.


  潤滑 Lubrication
  1.擺線針輪減速機的潤滑方法見表21,表22。

2.法蘭式立裝擺線針輪減速機的潤滑油泵見表23.

3.本減速機在適用前必須注入潤滑油,出廠時減速機為了便于裝卸和運輸,一般都不注入潤滑油。
  4.采用油脂潤滑的減速機在出廠前已注入潤滑脂。
  5.

普通用途的擺線針輪減速機,應根據使用時的環(huán)境溫度,按表24選用潤滑油。
  6.當擺線針輪減速機在工作條件惡劣,啟動,停止頻繁和高溫或底紋的場合中工作時,應與我廠技術部門聯系。
  7.當減速機采用油脂進行潤滑時,推薦使用特種特種潤滑----2#、二硫化鉬-----2#或ZL------2鋰基潤滑脂等油脂。
  8.加注潤滑油時,油位高度應在油標或示油器的居中位置。
  9.潤滑脂的注入量應為減速機內腔容積的1/3-/1/2,油脂不宜加得過多,以避免產生攪拌熱。

10.潤滑油更換周期:
  減速機應在初次運轉300小時后須進行第一次更換潤滑油,更換時,應去除殘存污油。初次換油后,以后,每天連續(xù)工作10個小時以上的減速機,應每隔3個月更換一次潤滑油,每天工作不超過10個小時的減速機,應每隔6個月更換一次潤滑油。
  11.油脂更換周期:每隔6個月更換一次。
  12.已經長期沒有適用的減速機(一般在12個月以上)在重新使用前,必須更換潤滑油或潤滑脂。
  13.加油時旋開減速機上部的通氣帽即可加油,放油時旋開減速機下部的油螺塞即可放出污油。
  14.不允許注入不清潔或帶腐蝕性的潤滑油。
  15.采用循環(huán)潤滑油的法蘭式立裝減速機,在使用前應先啟動油泵,待油泵正常工作后在啟動減速機。

說明:不同系列標準相應機號,主要是指性能指標基本相同,外形,安裝和聯接尺寸略有不同。

安裝使用和維護
  1. 減速器應安裝在平整的基礎上,在地腳螺釘均勻回轉,以免給輸出軸軸承增加附加應而影響軸承壽命。
  減速器的輸入軸以采用聯軸器輸入動力為宜。在安裝時,應在地腳緊固的情況下,聯軸器的安裝誤差不超過歐其規(guī)定要求。
  當需要采用皮帶輪輸入動力時,以采用窄形高強度三角帶傳動為佳。這樣可以縮短皮帶張緊力的作用點的懸臂位置。三角帶輪必需全部加工,回轉平衡。三角帶在初裝狀況下,不宜一次張緊(即張緊力過 大)。用戶應在減速

器帶負荷工作一段時間后,再次調整三角帶的張緊度,一般情況下,三角帶的緊邊中點在2-3公斤外力的坐擁下,應能產生8-10mm變形。
  由于硬齒面減速器的中歐高新距較小,無法配置較大的軸承,軸頸也較細,因此聯軸器的對中與否和三角帶張緊力,在輸入軸懸臂端做用點的位置和大小將直接影響軸承、輸入軸以至減速器的整機壽命!
  2.在減速器安裝完畢后,注潤滑油至油標上油位,改油位應潤滑油在箱內分布均勻后確定,油標位置,首次使用300-600小時后,應換油一次,以后每3000小時換油一次,更換應在減速器停車,潤滑油尚未冷卻時排放,箱內應用同品質的油沖洗干凈。若因粘度高不宜沖洗,可先加熱,濾清器一般每2000小時清洗一次。在出現油壓下降,油泵噪聲提高時,應首先檢查濾清器是否堵塞,在拆卸濾清器時,應先將位于濾清器背面板式模塊的截止閥手柄旋轉90º,以截斷油池與外界聯接。
  3.帶電接點壓力表的油路,壓力表的上下限指針出廠前已調好,一般不用調整。如需調整時,可用隨表的鑰匙或螺絲刀,自愛壓進表中心調整螺釘的情況下,加以調整。該表的輸出接點見圖3,用戶可把此表接入電機控制回路或報警線路。當油路出現故障時,可自動報警,切斷電源,及時檢測維護。
  4.裝有油泵強制潤滑的減速器,在開車初始截斷,可能會因油粘度過高,油泵吸油阻力大而造成供油不足,發(fā)生過高的噪聲,該現象一般在潤滑油溫度升高后,自行消失。
  在正常運轉中,如出現油泵噪聲增高,一般情況可能是油路阻力過大。此時情況應清洗濾清器及其他相關部件。
  無論哪種規(guī)格的減速器,在長期不用或氣溫過低時啟動適用,都應控車運轉一端時間,待各軸承處充分潤滑后才可加載運轉。
  4.螺桿在安裝時,應注意配合面和鍵的尺寸及粗糙度負荷圖紙要求。不得采用強制力裝拆螺桿,以免減速器在強力敲擊下損傷。
