　　1.采用雙燙輥雙托床，燙光效果好，效率比普通燙光機(jī)提升一倍，其中前燙輥可順逆兩個(gè)
方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，逆方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)立絨上光、順?lè)较蜻\(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)伏絨上光。燙輥采用大直徑燙輥，熱容量大，工作溫度為75-250℃，由“專(zhuān)業(yè)溫控儀＋固態(tài)繼電器”智能控溫，溫控精度±5℃，各項(xiàng)功能在大屏觸摸屏上顯示及設(shè)置。托床拖帶跑偏由氣動(dòng)裝置自動(dòng)糾正,屬第三代產(chǎn)品，國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先。
　　Double polishing rollers double table lathes have good effect. The working efficiency is nearly twice as the ordinary polishing machine. The fore polishing roller is possible to run forward and reverse, polish velvet velludo when anticlockwise and polish velvet plain clockwise. 　　2.送布電機(jī)和出布電機(jī)采用變頻器調(diào)速，各段張力分別可調(diào)，速度快， 效率高，布速可在10-40米/分內(nèi)任意選擇，數(shù)值由觸摸屏上直接顯示，各組導(dǎo)輥間張力可調(diào)。
　　Fabric feeding motor and fabric output motor adopt inverters, the tension can be adjusted separately, high speed and efficiency, the fabric speed can be chosen from 10 to 40m/min and it appears on the touch screen, the tension between each group of guiding rollers also can be adjusted.
　　3.可選裝預(yù)擴(kuò)幅、歸中等部件，適用于卷邊的織物。
Pre-spreading part and centering device are optional parts, suit for edge curling fabrics.

　　MB432型超強(qiáng)雙輥兩次燙光機(jī)適用于各種天然和化學(xué)纖維的機(jī)織織物、針織織物和簇絨織物的燙光處理，主要用于順毛大衣呢，羊絨大衣呢、毛毯、經(jīng)編類(lèi)織物、超柔短毛絨、不倒絨的燙光，經(jīng)燙光處理后織物表面蓬松柔軟，絨毛順直光亮，可與天然織物媲美。其

工作效率比普通燙光機(jī)提高近一倍。
This machine is suitable for surface polishing of natural and chemical fiber, knitted and gregarious fabrics. It is mainly used for processing of ordinal woolen, blanket, warp knitting fabrics, micro velboa and knitted non-pressed-pile. Its working efficiency is nearly twice as the ordinary polishing machine.
